    New Age Fire Protection Industries Pvt. Ltd. is involved in production of firefighting equipment. The company is located in Mumbai and is a family-run business. This case study attempts to understand the level of awareness, extent of implementation and difficulties in adoption of diversity and inclusion practices in the company. It analyses the diversity and inclusion practices followed through the lifecycle of an employee – from the job advertisement stage to exit of the employee. This case also provides some solutions which the company and other family-run private limited companies can adopt to improve their diversity and inclusion quotient.
