The Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Banking and Lending (PGD-BL) equips professionals with the knowledge needed to navigate modern banking and lending services across various client sectors. It covers key areas such as corporate, retail, and urban/rural banking, as well as foreign exchange and portfolio management. Participants gain real-time skills for effective decision-making in lending, treasury management, and advisory services, preparing them for successful banking careers. The program targets commerce and management graduates, offering specialized training in areas like credit risk analysis, project finance, and capital markets, with a focus on practical case studies for real-world application.

ELIGIBILITY:

i. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or 2 years Master’s Degree or equivalent from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in Commerce /Banking/Finance/ Management with minimum 50% aggregate marks of all the years.

ii. Candidates with professional qualification like CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/CFP are also eligible to apply for the programme.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The program is divided into three semesters. The first two semesters (20 weeks each) are dedicated to classroom learning followed by industry internship in the third semester. The course structure is as follows:
