This event was a tea making event on the occasion of International Tea Day, wherein the club provided each team with Rs. 50 and encouraged them to make maximum profits which later would be divided into half i.e. 50% to the club and 50% to the team. There were four teams namely India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Malaysia; each team had 3-5 members. The tea was made according to the countrys special tea flavors. |

On 18 th of July 2017 i.e. On Nelson Mandela International day, we visited the NGO and celebrated Nelson Mandela International day with 90 girls belonging to the NGO. By conducting various games and activities. A short film on the life of Nelson Mandela was also shown to the kids thereby educating them about Nelson Mandela and the importance of this day. |

Letters from North Pole was an initiative by the Editorial team, wherein a writer would give a unique and loveable Christmas present to their loved ones by writing to them as Santa Claus. These letters were then send to its recipients on Christmas day, they were asked to guess who wrote it for them, in case they failed to recognize, a hint was given. |

It was a complete online event. Entries were collected through Google form which was prepared through the editorial Google account. The project was all about school flashback where we made members play games which we used to play during childhood. ? The event started with our first game being langdi ? Members were divided into groups of two and each group was handled by one chairperson respectively ? The denner had to hop and catch the runners and couldn't rest his/her other feet on the floor; if a runner was caught he/she would then become the denner. |

A desk was set up in the college campus to show support towards peace. A plain white cloth and different shades of water colors were placed. People willing to show support towards peace would leave a palm print of any color on the white cloth. Thus, the final result was a cloth full of palm-prints with the logo of peace in the middle. |

A team of 6 players in total was allowed to register in which 2 players had to be there for substitution both for Frisbee as well as Futsal Mania. A registration amount of Rs.180 was charged for Ultimate Frisbee and Rs.300 for Futsal Mania per team. On day the field was set up by our volunteers and the event was conducted. Futsal had knock out rounds on both 15th and 16th September and a league for Frisbee was arranged only on 15th September. |

Funds were raised for the same between the 8th of September to the 13th of September by the hard work of the members of RCSIES-CE and the generous willingness of those who contributed. The funds raised amounted to an astonishing RS.1, 60,000. Huge funds were also raised by other Rotaract clubs who came forward to help after the news was made viral. |

The Project Pictionary was basically a drawing event were one of the team mates have to draw the picture whereas another team mates have to guess the picture drawn within given time. There were two bowls, in which one of the bowl contained names of the things which has to be drawn whereas other bowl contained chits which determines whether right or left hand is to be used for drawing. |

The Project contained 3 games in which all the members would play 2 games each. ? The games were :- 1. Lip Print 2. WaterPong 3. FaceThe Cookie ? The game 'Lip Print' was played by the Male members only, in which the members had to apply lipstick and were given blank white sheet and they had to make lipstick prints on it. ? Those who have made maximum lip Print would win the game. ? The game 'Water Pong' was played with the Female members only, in which 10 cups were kept in a triangular form filled with water the members were given ping pong ball and were told to aim the cups from a distances. |
